What did you think about the case study having watched the film and listened to the discussion with Roger? Is the demand still out there for more office space? You don’t want empty units or to have to reduce prices, after all. What about the issues around Charitable status? It's easy to put assets into a charity, but that makes it harder to put them at risk, ie borrow off them. what about marketing? Millfields don't market very much but pay to come up high on Google searches - what do you think about this strategy?
